New version of Tell A Friend Module

Better late than never!

I've updated the tell a friend module to now support Joomla 1.6, 1.7, and tested it on Joomla 2.5beta. I also updated one minor security problem (missing JEXEC) too. Check out the downloads section to get the updated version!
